The structure was constructed using shop sugi ban (charred cedar in this case) for an organic look and superior resistance to rot and bugs. The interior walls feature a troweled concrete finish, tinted black. Ammenities include a cedar sauna, custom cold plunge, outdoor shower, and indoor lounge and yoga space.
